The Importance of Communication
We just attended our favorite Swingers Party recently where we always have a great time and this time was no exception. We met a fun new swinging couple, and after lots of flirting, kissing and dancing we decided to head over to our Hotel Suite for some playtime. They were a Soft Swap couple, but that was fine with us. We were on a king size bed with 2 other couples in the lifestyle and a bisexual single lady and we were all having a great time or so we thought.
Right in the middle of all of the fun and action, our new male friend jumped up off of the bed and in one of the most amazing moves we had ever seen, he had one leg of his pants on before he hit the floor! He put his other leg in his pants, and then he bolted toward the door with his wife right behind him, gathering up all her clothes (and some others, it turned out), and out the door she went.
We were all in shock, as none of us heard them say anything to each other, nor did we feel like anyone had done anything inappropriate. The rest of us were experienced Swingers and we are always very respectfull of others. Fortunately, we had exchanged phone numbers, and as luck would have it, they called us about a hour later to explain what had happened.
Remember that communication thing that is so important when swinging? Well, it seems that, since they were new, they had not fully discussed what they were willing to do and NOT do, and what they were comfortable seeing each other do. It turns out that he felt like she was having way more fun than he was, and he kind of freaked out. He didn`t have to say anything, it was just a look, and then the mighty leap off of the bed, and she knew it was time to go.
This is why it so important to not just communicate, but to communicate openly and freely with your partner not only when entering the swinging lifestyle but truly as long as you participate to ensure you never have an experience like our new friends. The heat of passion is no time have a revelation! It is not fair to yourself, your partner, or your playmates.
